‘Great governance delivered and superb colleagues to work with’
Practice Operations Manager, Church View Practice
The preferred governance partner for health and care providers
WHAT WE DO
We listen, assess, advise, lift, shift and integrate governance capacity and expertise into the organisation to support, develop and deliver safe CQC compliant high-quality services.
The AGA systems and processes using AGA products and services come with a team of experts to enable and embed good governance across the organisation.
Our approach covers governance in key functions:
Leadership | Operations | Clinical | Information | HR | Stakeholder relations
A CQC Good or Outstanding rating has legal, financial, clinical, reputation and business value. AGA is the partner organisation to help achieve the high standards of care recognised by the regulators, the staff, and patients.
Implementing capacity, capability, compliance, commitment, and culture of good governance to provide great patient care, provided by people that care.
OUR VALUE TO OUR PARTNERS
We are a team of experienced NHS and independent health and care sector leaders, professionals and subject matter experts. We have worked directly caring for patients, managed teams, led transformation in teams, services, organisations, and regions. We have worked with CCG's, NHS and independent providers.
We integrate where needed and work in partnership with health and care organisations to be well led, directing and controlling their functions to thrive safely and sustainably.
Our governance approach provides assurance to your Board, confidence to your investors, your staff, and your patients; ready to be accountable to the regulators.
We are proud to be associated with Ellie's Angels. Both AGA directors are Trustees on the Board, supporting and developing Ellie's Angels charity.
Established in 2021, the charity works with local NHS and school communities to help young people access the help they need in a way that works for them.
The aim is to introduce mental health awareness and support into day-to-day life, remove the stigma and make mental health an everyday topic for young people to engage and discuss.
A BetterU interactive app is due to be launched, developed for young people to access help and to journal online in a social media style platform that they have designed and can relate to.
