Before entering healthcare Nicola spent time in the world of international banking and government. Experience that continues to reflect her focus on the customer and delivering outcomes. Nicola has worked in partnership with the NHS for over 20 years providing a suite of services such as pathway design, relationship development, service implementation and contract management between the NHS and private providers. 

 

Nicola has a wealth of experience in all aspects of operational management and a keen focus on business improvement and quality. She works on the principle of what matters to the patient and what enables staff to be the best they can be.
