The AGA diagnostic is a comprehensive governance assessment designed to help the organisation become a well governed and trusted partner and provider of clinical services.

The AGA team of experts work with the Board and staff to explore and assess organisation governance systems and processes.  The AGA diagnostic considers all aspects of organisational governance. We align the review to the CQC quality domains and key lines of enquiry.


This AGA diagnostic includes a staff survey, assessing engagement, communication and culture, from Board to the operational delivery of services.


As an external organisation we are unbiased and provide the scrutiny critical friend eye often overlooked within an organisation.
